So who the hell am I?

My name’s Daniel Kelly.

I’m a qualified nutritionist, fitness coach, and hormonal optimization expert.

I’ve been featured in UK national newspapers, including the Guardian and the Sun. I’m the bestselling author of Optimized Under 35 and co-author of Living a Fully Optimized Life.

It’s a cliche, but this truly is the book I wish I had when I battled low testosterone. It tackles all the symptoms of low T including:
